Wow I had such high hopes for this pot set but I am so disappointed after the first use. I wanted to use a small pot to make a camping pancake breakfast. First, I decided to A/B test how to make butter pancakes at home. The competitors are the small pot in this set, the MSR alpine pan and my fully cased D5 pan. MSR and all fairings performed to a high standard - no sticking, minimal scorching. Solo Oven. The pot has a small rim on the inside that is lower. The oil started to flow to the edges and burned quickly, and the center of the pancake wasn't cooked yet. I ended up throwing out both of the pancakes cooked in this pan because they were very unevenly cooked. Cleaning was another issue. Due to the curved edge, it is very difficult to wipe the burn. I hate this pan right now. To be honest, a pot is probably fine if you're just making soup in it. But if you're hoping to use it as a frying pan, look elsewhere.
