Didn't get what I asked for

When I received the officials' volleyball kit, I noticed that the kit contained a different whistle than advertised. So I filled out an online return with SPECIFIC instructions that I only wanted to replace the whistle again and not the whole set. Guess what I got? The whole set, complete with the same (fake) whistle. Someone doesn't read the return instructions.
