I like it and haven't had a problem with it not working (although I don't use it regularly). My problem is that the fog dissipates straight into the air. So if it's on my bedside table I have no use for it because it doesn't move 2 feet from my bed. I wake up with my skin and nasal passages as dry as if I didn't turn on the humidifier. I literally have to stand above it to breathe the humid air.
