I received this gift for my best friend who lost two of her pets in 2022. She cried when she opened it. This product is absolutely amazing. Very durable and very well made. The pictures are clear! The locket is a bit difficult to open, but I think opening it a few times will make it easier. The best gift you can give someone who has lost a family member
