The best part about this product for me personally was that it can be used in any business as long as they have an internet connection- meaning it does not require hardware to install like some other software products do. I also liked that you could create your own rewards programs with certain companies or even just use their standard ones like American Express! You don't really need much training before using one because the system has step by step instructions so there's no problem going from beginner to advanced trainer. As far as dislike goes i think its hard to find anything that I disliked at all but maybe if we talk about the price factor then yes. It may seem expensive compared to others but once someone sees how many benefits are provided and how simple it would be to start working with them, they will realize the value in this investment. With this kind of software anyone who works.
