I would actually like to give the product more stars, but 3 is fair. The description boasts that it can hold almost any iPad with the lid closed. I have an iPad Pro 2 in an Otterbox. and that's too much weight for this thing! One of the two knobs constantly unlocks under weight (but still stays in place when only one is locked, which I've found) and the iPad is difficult to angle where you want it and stays there. . and my kids are rear-facing in their car seats, so the device even gets the added bonus of leaning a little on the seat for extra support. But it's still not quite right. However, this thing *REALLY* holds an iPad, and the kids are overjoyed to catch their favorite shows on Amazon Prime on the way to my parents'. But I would say I cock/move this thing about once a week and I'm not sure if they can see the show well because of the hanging corner. But they never complained! I'm glad I bought it, but it really isn't enough to hold an iPad Pro 2 with an Otterbox.
