I ordered a size 12, the same size I've worn in CH shoes for years, including a previous pair of similar driver style loafers which I've replaced so that the soles are worn out. I received them and they were very narrow. I thought it might just be leather to wear, but I grabbed a pair of old size 12 loafers and compared the soles and the soles on them were a solid .25 inch narrower. After seeing that the soles of the previous pair no longer reached the edges of my feet, I sent them back and ordered 12 wide. The leather and style although top notch as I expected.
