can't complain about AM and FM reception great shortwave no shortwave two you can catch a glimpse but the range is so short it's difficult to retune to stations. On shortwave, and it almost looks like I might be picking up FM stations seeping in. The main problem with mine is that the volume button is kind of shorted out, is static and the volume goes on and off when I adjust it. Aside from being $15 it's a great AM/FM radio and various power adapters are great, but I can go to a thrift store for $3 and get a Panasonic or Sony EMFM radio. It is the best quality I have many of these. I was just hoping it might be a good portable shortwave set and I think that's not just because you can't find your tune.
