Loved it until a few weeks ago it had two contacts instead of three and everything was fine but exactly a year later all four usb ports died thought it was just one of the ports and didn't have time to play around with it that day, just tried all the other USB ports and no connection with a cable or device. All outlets work fine, but if they have anything like USB ports, I won't hold my breath. What for twenty bucks, yeah that's literally why I bought this for USB charging/outlets. I have ugly 2010 USB power adapters that are still 11 years old, so there really is no excuse for that. Edit: So I thought I'd have a look before I just move it to where I just needed an extension cord with no USB charging ports. I noticed that the USB port area was actually hot, very hot, that those ports were left unplugged for a week or more, and I also noticed that the plastic around that area was discolored and melted. If I could give this thing negative stars, I would. that nothing was plugged into those connectors for a week or more, and I also noticed that the plastic around that area was discolored and melted.
