They were tight in the toe but loose in the heel. I ordered my actual shoe size 6.5 and they were uncomfortable. And it's very hard, they don't. Also I had to pay for the return postage which was a BIG disappointment and the way they were packaged didn't allow to keep the original packaging. Return shipping costs me $10. Unfortunately, there are no sporting goods stores near me that sell bowling shoes to try on and buy locally. I had to buy several pairs online and "guess" the size based on customer reviews. These shoes were in all reviews. Someone said it didn't fit, someone said it fit, someone said it was comfortable and someone said it wasn't comfortable! So I took a risk and ordered my actual size. But because they were so loose in healing I didn't think ordering a larger size would fix the problem and since I'm charged a restocking fee I didn't want to bear 2 fees when others might not fit! Very disappointed that you have to pay return shipping for something you have no idea how it will fit without actually trying it on. General dissatisfaction with buying shoes online in general.
