I have seborrheic dermatitis, which gets worse especially with the changing of the seasons. It starts with terrible flaking and then develops into itchy and scaly patches. I have very long, thick hair that is prone to frizz and I dislike using strong drying medicated shampoos. This fall was the worst for me. I have tried every over the counter dandruff shampoo and even prescription ketoconazole and fluocinonide shampoos. This is the only thing that has worked so far! It's really soothing and helps remove scaly patches. I use it every other day. I don't really like the conditioner so I use a different one but that's only because I need a thicker smoothing conditioner for my frizzy hair.
