I like that they are easy to work with when it comes to customer service, which makes solving problems a breeze! The platform seems very well thought out from my initial research into their product line. Their support team has been helpful in finding solutions for issues we have had as users (which is rare). They seem to be willing to adapt their offerings to meet changing needs of businesses. It's hard to say what I dislike about this specific application but there may come times where you need more features than offered at first glance. If you're looking for an all inclusive solution that meets your business' needs, they should definitely take a look. Security, ease of use, scalability, budget friendly, ability to grow or shrink according to business demand. Ability to track financial data through accounting system.
