When my 90's Tacoma burned out, I secretly looked for an excuse to up the light output. for better visibility on the road i didn't want to be one of those idiots who opt for dazzling and/or blue headlights that somehow roam the streets at night with impunity and blinding people. "30% Improvement" seemed like the perfect upgrade, but unfortunately it was the same result as before. However, after almost a year, they are still working perfectly.
