When I bought this watch for my husband, we were guided by the parameters. They have pretty good functionality - an accelometer, a counter of steps, a heart rate. Housing made of plastic. Silicone strap, easy to adjust on the wrist. They are connected via Bluetooth 5.0, they are synchronized with the phone quickly, the application is also very convenient, well-made. Standby time can work up to 120 hours. However, if you actively use it, they are discharged in a couple of days.
