Review on Load Impact by John Bailey

The ability for me as our developer/sys admin, I can log in from anywhere with any device (laptop or desktop) at anytime day night during my work hours! It's great because we are able get results very quickly without having someone physically there doing it every time something needs tested out again. Not much other than this really!! Nothing bad about LOAD IMPACT just love how fast they respond when you need help getting things setup correctly etc.. If anyone has questions feel free ask them but most people don't have problems unless your first experience setting up anything new so if everything goes well then no problem should arise once set-up right away :) We use ITIL V3 standards here which means all tickets go through incident management system where everyone gets notified via email what type ticket was given along side details such us who assigned & completed task / resolved issue ect... This helps keep track easily since its linked into one place instead It's very easy to use, it has all the features you need for performance analysis. I can't find anything I dislike about this product, it's great! We use Load Impact at work to test our website using different browsers, devices and connection speeds. This makes sure everything works well before we launch our site in the market.
