Review on Brother CADXMATSTD24 Standard Adhesive White by Diane Lane

USED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: The first item was defective immediately upon unboxing due to a known manufacturing issue and the second item (sent as a replacement) arrived USED and OPENED - NO SHIPPING BOX. See attached picture. I give up. The first device was used and broke right out of the box. This is a fairly well known issue, with the Brother website and their manual stating that this particular issue (pick lever unlocked) requires the machine to be taken to an authorized Brother dealer. Brother customer service was very nice but I had no choice but to return it to the Revain and try another device. The return/exchange process was easy and a replacement just arrived, HOPE NEW unit. INCORRECT INCORRECT: It was DEFINITELY used and returned to Revane with no evaluation. Aside from the product being used and returned - THIS DOESN'T WORK either. :(This second unit just arrived: 1) NOT IN THE SHIPPING BOX - just like you would buy it off the shelf 2) THE PRODUCT BOX IS BROKEN IN ONE CORNER 3) THE ITEM IS OPEN - LIKE UNSEALED. TAPE WILL BE CUT on all three sides 4) NONE of the blue protective tapes to protect movement during transit 5) ALL packages with items inside are torn 6) "Extras” usually taped to the machine itself (with blue protective tape) Found were inside a made of opened plastic bags inside. 7) The test box is bent and already on the mat indicating it has been used and was not working for the original owner who RETURNED it to me FOR RESALE FROM AMAZON 8) The plastic protector is scratched, dented and bent , который в инструкциях сказано снятьАааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааааауааааыуаааааааааааааааанов,с!такой же проблемой, которая не может быть решается потребителем любым способом. I'm going to try this for the 3rd time and hopefully it will be a good car :) I've been researching and watching youtube videos for over a year and I really, really want it to work.
