This wax is great. I was skeptical at first because it comes in a box that looks nothing like the one in the photo. Also when I first turned it on the red light came on but then quickly went out I thought it was broken. But it continued to heat my wax and I found the best way to heat it up was to set it to a higher temperature and then turn it down a bit so it wasn't too hot on my skin. I prefer to use paper strips to help with traction and if you apply them quickly they work great with the included wax. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this if you are a mom who doesn't have much time to go to the salon. This saved me so much time and money!
