In February of that year, I made the purchase. If I had known that this was such garbage, I would have saved my money and gone with Samsung instead. Please accept my apologies for the financial outlay. It's been less than a year since the primary speaker retired, and now everyone uses speakerphones or earbuds when they make phone calls. The phone's battery dies quickly, even when I'm not using it. Doesn't always function, even though I'm in a city and have never seen any interference from nearby cell towers. This phone seems to have been designed with the express purpose of destroying nerves, as the connection disappears at precisely the times when it is most desperately required. Ten percent of the charge has been used up in the minute that I have been writing this. I really need to get rid of this piece of junk and upgrade to a real phone.
