Back to sweet dreams!

I've been sleeping on buckwheat pillows for 20 years. I find they really help me sleep better (all my stress ends up on my neck/shoulders and buckwheat supports my head). My old buckwheat pillows were getting flat, so I decided it was time to buy new ones (I buy fiber pillows for everyone else every year, so getting rid of buckwheat flour for 20 years seemed like my money's worth). These buckwheat pillows from Wheat Dreamz are BIG pillows (standard size) and HEAVY (no pillow fights or someone ends up in the ER!). The pillows were clean and sealed with plastic. They have a lot of buckwheat in them and some people may need to take it out. The pillow has a zipper and you can remove the buckwheat husk if the pillow is too big. Compared to the prices of other buckwheat flour pillows, this is a bargain. And I love that they are organic. They have a slight odor of buckwheat (which will dissipate after a while). I put mine in zippered cotton pillowcases and then cotton pillowcases. If you're not used to buckwheat, it will take time to get used to as the pillow is hard and makes noise when you move your head or rock back and forth. The pillow stays cool (unlike memory foam which gets warm). The pillow supports my head and neck and I dream again.
