Review on πŸ‘œ KROSER 17" Laptop Bag: Water-Repellent Briefcase for Business & Travel - Expandable & Stylish Shoulder Bag for Men and Women by Lenny Sullivan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Immediately disappointed

I think this company has put a lot of effort into making a good product at a great price. The first thing I did was unzip all the pockets to look inside all the compartments. . Both zippers in one compartment got stuck and when I finally opened them, I caught them on the cloth-covered foam lining. The photo shows how it was torn. To open this compartment I tried to move the bag, hoping there was a corner that would allow me to close it easily. It did not work. It really took a lot of effort to undo those zippers. All other compartments opened easily and cleanly. So it was just a compartment that didn't have enough space to prevent the zipper from snagging. Lots of compartments and pockets. The computer case does not fit my HP 17" laptop. It is marked with a laptop icon so I know I had the correct case. I can force the laptop, but I have to remove the wireless mouse receiver (dongle). .to make it a bit easier. If it were 1/2" wider that would make all the difference. But in width this case is similar to its competitors, so it doesn't differ from the competition in this crucial factor for 17" laptops .A 15.6" laptop will do but not for what I bought this bag for. is a tablet pocket next to a laptop pocket and they both share a velcro strap that keeps them in place. Really nice couple of features. All the other features advertised for this bag are genuine and give the bag a lot of appeal.I can fit my 17" laptop in the combined area of multiple compartments as long as I don't put it in any of the pockets . However, this part of the departments is for general use. Not a big deal, but what's the point of having your own bag that's too small for a 17" laptop? There are no overlays on the sides and bottom - like on competitors. There is what appears to be padding on the sides of what would be the top and bottom of the bag if it were lying down. As others have said, this is not the main place where padding is needed. Other bags have similar comments, so this bag doesn't stand out from the competition either. There is a spot on the inside where the stitching looks like it will be untied. This is the only thing I found. Otherwise the workmanship and materials look good and should withstand the light wear and tear I would expect the bag to have. I haven't seen the competition, but from the dozens of reviews I've read about this and other bags, I thought this bag was a cut above. Of course, when you look at this bag, you're looking at cheap bags. I was hoping to find a bag that differs from its direct competitors, but I can't say I found this one. If the zippers in one compartment didn't stick to the side lining, I'd live with that. But a ripped bead doesn't give me confidence that this bag won't unravel even with light use.
