Review on Jraft CMS by Elvis Bragg
Easy, accessible and very affordable collaboration tool
I like how easy it was for me as an editor/writer myself to use this software with my team! It's super intuitive which makes things so much easier when trying to get through some of our more technical projects that are not necessarily user friendly (think audio editing). No love here from us but we did have issues getting video hosted in one project within another - however those were due mostly likely to Vimeo itself rather than any issue using JRAFT specifically. The main benefit by far has been ease of access across all members involved in each piece. We've had no problems collaborating at times where there may be several different authors working together via email.
Pros
- Its simple, clean interface
- Easy content management process between editors & writers alike.
- Easeful sharing options make collaboration very accessible even among new staffers who need help learning jraft basics before they can jump into their own work flow or take over someone elses' role if needed without needing extensive training time spent up front making sure everyone is onboarded correctly onto platform priorly.
