In general, for the price, it's a very great assistant; but, if there weren't such a large number of issues, I'd give it five stars. It does a good job of washing the floors, but you have to put in some effort and your hands will become tired if you need to wash more than 75 square meters. It was extremely nice to wash the grout for the tile, which had been eaten after the repair, on the pfc tile; I could not wash it for a year, then I did it in five minutes. After the repair, the grout on the tile had been eaten. In addition, there was a residue of foam on the tile, and a mop was sufficient to remove it. My ears were ringing so badly from the horrible noise that the nozzle I was using to clean the cracks between the tiles in the bathroom made that I was unable to do a very good job of cleaning them. I have not yet put any of the other tips into practice. The floor cloth is constantly slipping off the floor. The handle is really flimsy, and I have no doubt that it won't survive very long.
