Review on Enhance Your Comfort: Emerson SW95 4-Speed Ceiling Fan Knob Control by Michelle Hall

There were two spots in my house where the fan and light turned on two different switches so I bought this so I wouldn't have to service the strings of beads that keep breaking. One fan is 4-speed, the other is 3-speed. Appreciate now they both have 4 speeds which is great! Easy installation with minimal electrical knowledge. I did this with the power on, NOT RECOMMENDED, and was done in about 15 minutes - start to finish. Change completely. Doesn't get hot and works as advertised. Get this and get rid of the tension chains, look much nicer. My light switch is a dimmer, in case that matters.
