I have a Jaco Jayflight 31BHDS 2005. This item is exactly the same as the original one in my motorhome. Ease of installation. Just make sure you remember which of the two wires goes where. It marks the location of the white wire so you have to work really hard to mess it up. Also, be sure to tape the wires to the wall when you remove the old device so they don't get stuck back into the wall. You will have a big problem getting them. In general it is very easy to install and a good replacement part.
