Microsoft Outlook Alternative For Remote Workers

I love how easy it is for me to access my documents at home using this software.
The only thing that I don't really like about this program is when you have to log back into work after being away for more than 10 minutes, but other then that everything has been great! There are not many things that I dislike about this product so far. It's very user friendly and simple to use if you know what you're doing.
This allows us to be able to check our emails easily and quickly during meetings as well as keep track of all of our projects we need to complete each month.

Pros

Very convenient
Keeps your organized files in one place making them easier accessible.
Easy way around logging out from an online version without having problems with syncing between computer locations or versions (on site vs off) such issues can occur due too differences across computers/versions.
Great solution because its free even those who do NOT currently own Microsoft products still benefit
