I was so excited to get a cage that will hopefully solve the artist's escape problem. When I received the cage, I noticed that the bottom part is LOUD due to the metal rattling noise. I have a standard American Staffordshire. For the first few weeks it just popped out of the top after releasing the top latch as it's not very secure and the welds on the top hinges fell apart easily after 2 hours in the drawer. We reinforced the top with stainless steel zip ties, now she's completely removed one bar and is working on another. For $200 I'm devastated, the cage doesn't last a month. She is not aggressive, just misses chewing and is cage trained so I am disappointed with the lack of power behind this cage. Right now I don't have $200 and the cage doesn't seem safe to her anymore. Just a warning for large breeds.
