Review on GTA Professional Accounting by Joe Kokenge
They are very helpful and informative.
I like that they offer monthly advice. It's nice to have a third party audit our books every month to ensure everything is in order. It would be great if their reports could be customized to our needs. This way, I don't have to spend hours searching through dozens of pages of numbers to see how we're doing. They really do a good job at keeping you informed. If your accountants aren't communicating with them regularly (which mine isn't), then it will show up as an error or warning message when performing certain functions online. It does help however, since my accountant doesn't know anything about using Quickbooks Online yet!
Pros
- We had a question one day regarding how to make a custom list in a report, so we emailed the support team and they responded within minutes.
- You can customize it by company, category or date range and export all of your information into a spreadsheet for further analysis.
Cons
- Their reports are fairly limited in comparison to the number of accounts that they manage
