The product is excellent! I recommend it to all smartphone owners who like to take pictures. I was looking for a strong and stable camera mount/stand for my iPhone 11. I don't like spring loaded phone locks as I think they wear out the more you use them. Screw type is better in my opinion. Pros: Strong and durable. Suitable for outdoor photography. The screw type fixes the phone in place. The remote control will be connected automatically after connecting with the phone. Responsive (could be better) Cons: Familiarize yourself with joints and rotators. It takes some time to get used to which lever or crank to use when turning left/right, up/down, etc.
