It works great in terms of functionality. But right out of the box, there's some cosmetic damage they don't cover. A little disappointed because the mug is what we like to look pretty. But even after a good wash, the stains do not go away. I do not recommend taking it if the look of the cup is important to you. But the mug works and keeps hot drinks hot for a long time and cold drinks cold for a long time. Comes with a nice straw and a straw brush. The handle doesn't hold tight either. It moves up and down easily. Which is also a disadvantage. EDIT: After many washes stains remain in most cases. I still use this mug, it works to keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. It works really well so I don't know if the aesthetic would make that much of a difference. And maybe it was just my stained mug, but like I said, after many washes it looks a lot better.
