R2 Cob H7 8000K LED Bulb Conversion Kit works well in 2010 Subaru Legacy low beam headlights as a direct replacement for factory bulbs. This lamp did not require any additional drivers to be installed in Subaru for the light to work with the factory headlights. Night time driveway lighting is great when you upgrade to these LED bulbs. I live in the mountains and night driving was a challenge before I switched to LEDs for the low beams. Please note that due to the design of the lamps, the light from the projection heads cannot be easily converted to LED. Because of the design of the LED, you don't get a beam of light from the LED, you get a long range (bay). In the future I will also change the high beam. I would definitely recommend them to other people with a similar vehicle.
