This is my second time buying this air mattress. Was so in love with the first one! Extremely convenient, easy to inflate/clean tote bag offers everything beyond convenience and fantastic value. Also durable! I've slept on it about 40 times I would say and never had a problem. Unfortunately one day I blew it up to clean it and it was attacked by a stray golden retriever, sigh. I had no qualms about buying another one and was very excited when it arrived in late May. After inflating to make sure everything was working properly, I packed it up for the trip north. and woke up in the middle of the night from a semi-flat air mattress. I was upset but thought maybe just the rubber was stretched. Filled up the next morning and woke up on the floor at night. Took photos (attached) and emailed the company the next morning. heard nothing. Waited a week, wrote again. Nothing. I've kept trying to find the leak, but it's so small that just submerging in water would help, and you can't do that with an electric air pump. Nada. I'm very disappointed in the company because I really liked the first one (as did my douchebag dog) and have reason to believe my second mattress was simply a standard manufacturer. I'm in dire need of another air mattress and this is by far the best I've ever had, but I can't conscientiously give more money to a company that doesn't even have the decency to answer an email about a defective item.
