The ease of creating tasks as well as being able to add comments makes this tool very useful for my daily work. I also like how quick it was to set up even though there are many options available. Sometimes when you're searching through the list of tasks or projects you want to do, sometimes it can be difficult to find what you need right away. Also, there isn't any way to sort by status other than date created/modified/priority. This would help me know where things stand within our organization. We've been using this software at Workday since we first implemented it about 2 years ago now. I have not found anything I dislike so far. It has helped us manage all aspects of our company from tasks to projects to milestones along with tracking each person's hours spent working on them.
