I like that this software allows me to set up my own hours for each day so it's easy to adjust when needed. It also has helpful tools to help ensure all scheduled time is completed successfully (such as reminders). This program does not have a mobile app which would be nice if you were out in public or somewhere without access to your computer/laptop. Also, sometimes there are glitches with the online version causing problems logging into work order entries. Try different settings until you find one that works best! We use this tool daily to assign tasks between employees. It makes job management easier since we're able to keep track of who did what.
