Assembly was easy. BUT I removed the bottom "B" and placed it on the bottom shelf and then reattached it to the rest of the frame. This simplifies handling considerably. If you look at the pictures I also assembled it myself so it was a lot easier to screw the shelf in the back and then the front. For me, the important change was adding roles to the base. I put them on before I reattach the base piece but after I screw the shelf on. This made turning and rotating the rack very easy. I also like the fact that I can move it (with items on it) without ruining the floor. The rollers make it easy to clean underneath. I'll probably hang a line with clips on the side to hold bags full of holes.
