In the first period of taking, they directly undermined (I drank two tablets, based on reviews), the energy seemed to not end, I decided to take a break for a month and drink 60 more tablets (since the first dose was initially less than normal), but the same effect did not I felt, or rather, to the same extent, probably not so much sank between doses. But the vitamins are great. True, the price for them is inadequate today, ours should think about the same high-quality import substitution
