Overall this product received 3 stars primarily due to the small/tight fit. I returned this item and ordered one with an adjustable elastic neck strap instead. The neck part of this product was very tight and too uncomfortable for me. I have a 16 inch neck and even at the maximum length possible, just standing still in my garage for a few minutes felt like I would suffocate. It doesn't have proper size adjustments to fit better. I ordered this product to use with my Midland radios while hunting because I needed a hands-free option that was more convenient than the cheap in-ear headphones that come with Midland radios. Wearing this for just a few minutes, I couldn't imagine trekking through the woods with this thing tight around my neck for hours at a higher heart rate and breathing heavily. I'll admit that throat mics require a lot of pressure on the throat to get clear sound from the vocal cords, but it was more than a lot of pressure. The pros of this item are that it looks well made and durable and I love that it has two PTT button options. I would give it 5 stars if the neck mic part had more size adjustments.
