For use in the basement during training. I use it for various ab workouts and so far it has worked great. I have a subwoofer in the basement and the scooter slides over it with no problem. My kids also use it by shoving them and they are pretty harsh with it but it still works like a charm. I have been working for a long time, this product is one of the best for abs training.
