They have cheap plastic and a terrible design. I have already replaced 6 of these

Unfortunately this happened to my old motorhome and there is no other replacement for it. They have cheap plastic and a terrible design. I have already exchanged 6 of them and after 8 months 2 broke again. And that after my mobile home is parked and not in use! (During this time the cabinets were probably opened 6 times). They offer a lifetime guarantee if you can prove you bought it directly from them, but it's a hassle to send it back at your own expense and wait for a replacement. I would buy another product if it were available that would fit the hole in the cupboards and I've been looking for a long time.
