Better go one size up
I read the reviews and bought these shoes for my 6-12 son who was 8 months old because his foot was quite wide. For reference, he was wearing 12-18 months at the time. Now he wears size 18-24 and his foot is 4.5"*2". They feel more than tight so I'll go for the next size up. I have found that it is always better to wear shoes one size larger, they will grow into it.
