Last night I took this for a run for the first time. It's really well designed to turn my iPhone7 on and off easily. Instances where I have to take off the case I normally use, put it in a plastic case and then take everything off to set up the phone didn't work for me. With this new one, I needed to get a feel for how to connect the phone, but it's pretty easy. It may be helpful to know that Rokform cases and attachments DO NOT WORK with the Quad Lock system. I have both and they don't work interchangeably. I recommend this headband to runners who are looking for a way to easily use their phone while running.
