Cute design and great price but these earbuds have had constant trouble connecting seamlessly to my iPhone X. Even after an overnight charge, the battery level will often drop to be very low (at least that's what it's reported over Bluetooth). Finally, I found the headphones to be very difficult to remove from the case (and my hands and fingers are fairly normal sized). The lid and the way the buds are set into the body make them very difficult to remove. Overall, while they typically "plugged" into my phone, they rarely connected to my music that I was playing and that combined with the charging issue and difficulty of just pulling them out meant it was a waste of time. and time to try another brand.
