I rarely write reviews but this time I feel like I should - in a very good way. Bought a G3 1 Camera Harness Cotton Carrier (Grey) for my photographer daughter. She complained of neck pain because her Canon 7D was hanging on a strap around her neck after many hours of photo shoots. It helped and more. No more fatigue in your neck. The camera was held securely no matter how it moved. Unfortunately, after a few hours, it was not possible to sew on one of the straps on the chest. However, the wearer held the camera, no risk to the gear - a plus point in my opinion is that despite the broken strap, the camera was still secure. Saddened at the possible loss of an otherwise good product, the next day I emailed Cotton Carrier on their website requesting a repair. Even though it was a Sunday, Brook of Cotton Carrier responded the same day and a new replacement was on its way by COB Monday - no fuss and no shipping costs. Unbeatable customer service and a great product. It arrived in a few days and my daughter already had it ready for her next photo shoot. My daughter couldn't be happier with this product, she said it's the first time she doesn't have to worry about the camera or lenses hitting objects while shooting. I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I will most likely take a second one. Definitely recommended. The product itself has a premium design with durable good materials and is lighter than any of us expected. I think our situation was a godsend considering what the rest of the host looks like. There are some nice places to hide extra CF cards. We love how the straps and ports are arranged so they don't pull out of the ports without serious effort, great attention to detail (I had once worn another camera bag from another manufacturer around my waist and the strap came undone itself would be out of closures if we weren't careful.) Good price for quality and usefulness to wear.
