This is a good LED lighting kit for photo/video shooting. It comes in a nice and sturdy carrying case, big enough to put everything and more (tripod, power bank, lithium battery, LED panels, etc.). The tripod that comes with this flashlight is small, compact but very strong and stable when set up to a maximum height of 8ft to 8.5ft. This kit comes with 2 LED panels that can be controlled with my phone (by running the GVM app) and the lights can be set as master and slave, meaning changing one affects the other or both can be set as master and controlled individually. It's not a full RGB spectrum, but rather bi-color controls that let you change the brightness and hue. The advantage of a bi-color LED is that it can be brighter and deliver more light output than an RGB LED, making it more suitable for video recording. I highly recommend you get lithium batteries which make these lights really portable and much more versatile than using a power cord adapter. Very durable, with good construction and design, these lights make a great addition to any indoor or outdoor night time shoot.
