I like that it's easy to use and set up. It also has many features that can be customized by you as well as your client so each user will have their own look & feel of text messaging system! The free version limits how much messages are sent per hour (I believe). There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too major or annoying. Try this software out. You'll see what we mean when we say "It works!" We've been able to send more inbound calls from our clients' numbers than before, keep them engaged with automated texts instead of voicemails, reduce no shows at our clinics, and increase overall patient satisfaction all while saving time and money.
