Colors washed off: my rating

Colors are washed out compared to the second monitor and laptop. I tried all the settings in the monitor and in Windows, and even with some tweaks, it didn't work out perfectly. When I called Scepter they said the monitor needed repairs. Return thanks to Amazon Prime. Bought another one from HP, more expensive but better quality.
