Review on Beyond Compare by James Pfettscher

Beyond Compare 5 was the first version I've used a comparison tool, very easy to learn, and use. When I switch to another computer it takes a little while to get the programs up to speed. So it's not a perfect tool for a new user but has gotten the job done. Beyond Compare helps you identify differences and similarities between files. I was able to solve the situation where files from different sources were not identical. I like that it's pretty easy to use once you get used to it. You can't really do anything with it if you don't know what you're doing. It is great software but I wouldn't use it if you don't have some experience with it. I'm comparing documents that are being edited by multiple people at different times. It makes things so much easier.
