We originally received a medium size as a Christmas present for our 50lb black lab (she's quite small for her breed) who was too small for her, although the sizing guide goes on the back recommending a medium size for labrador retrievers. So we sent the medium back and ordered the X-Large just in case. But the X-Large is still TOO SMALL. It fitted well on the sleeves and around the torso, but the upper neck was very tight and looked very uncomfortable. I think we'll be returning this one and ordering XX-Large but it's crazy how inaccurate the sizing chart is that this product has such a high average user rating. Very frustrating!
