Expresses A LOT of air. I use it for my solder fume extraction and it has enough vacuum to force a significant amount of air through 2 layers of activated carbon filters designed for soldering stations. The frame is a bit cheap (had to modify it to use the extractor) and appears to be made out of nylon material. My wire cutters broke it along the cutting line. As for the bearings, it becomes obvious that it's a Dbl ball bearing when you try to rotate it (it hangs, unlike the bushing system Noctua uses) and like most DBB systems, this leads to quite a bit of noise. Luckily I'm knowledgeable enough to build a small PWM control system for it so I can slow it down a bit and make it quieter while still maintaining enough vacuum to suck out the solder fumes.
