Reliable and powerful fan

This fan is just perfect! I bought two of these and they are perfect for the 4U build I'm working on. The design of the fan seems solid and the force of the wind it blows is quite high. I'm also glad that a protective cover is included to keep things from getting caught in the fan blades. On the other hand, the customer service was also very fast, friendly and reliable. I had a small problem after trying to swap out the pins on one of the fans and they sent me a new one. I will definitely buy…

Good for the Money - Computer Components

Expresses A LOT of air. I use it for my solder fume extraction and it has enough vacuum to force a significant amount of air through 2 layers of activated carbon filters designed for soldering stations. The frame is a bit cheap (had to modify it to use the extractor) and appears to be made out of nylon material. My wire cutters broke it along the cutting line. As for the bearings, it becomes obvious that it's a Dbl ball bearing when you try to rotate it (it hangs, unlike the bushing system…

Short Lifetime - Case Fan

I installed 2 of these fans as exhaust fans in my 4U server case. I run them at about half speed and they move a lot of air. I've been using them for about 6 months with no problems until a few nights ago they ran at full blast for a few minutes until I shut down the server. Upon inspection, one of the fans had failed and damaged the fan control circuitry on the motherboard, causing any fan I connect to this fan connector to run at full speed. Hopefully nothing else is damaged, I'll be using…

Really good for what everyone else is using it for

This fan moves a lot of air for a compact case. Unfortunately I bought it to use as an extra computer case/GPU cooler. My motherboard couldn't handle the current demands of this fan, so it wouldn't start without spinning the fan. I even tried my 6-12v power supply which seemed to have the same error. I don't blame the fan this time. It seems to be great quality and I will definitely use it for another project. My current fans are rated at 0.14A versus 0.8A for this fan. As others have noted…

Pros
  • Just like everyone else so far
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Powerful, Stable, Surprisingly Quiet

I'm using this to replace the stock fan on the Wraith Stealth cooler that came with my Ryzen 5 3600 and I'm very impressed with how much cooler it is. as a result. It's a cheap and easy upgrade if you don't want to mess around with a brand new heatsink. This little fan is surprisingly powerful for its size, with good airflow and static pressure, but what I find even more impressive is its quiet operation. because how fast! It's not *quiet*, mind you, but I was expecting it to be a bit louder at

Powerful but noisy best inside

If noise doesn't bother you then I doubt your computer cares about its cooling capacity. This thing blows so hard that I disabled the draft fan across the way on the heatsink after the force of that fan blocked it. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the exhaust fan eventually breaks. IMPORTANT: This fan is rated for 2 amps. Some motherboards have 2 amp headers (usually for AIO/pump) but I bought a PWM splitter just in case. The PWM splitter allowed me to connect the fan to a 4-pin Molex…

  • Excellent overall performance

  • Doubtful
