These are very good wrestling shoes. Just wore them to an MMA class. I wrestled as a kid but haven't worn wrestling shoes for over 30 years. They are really good compared to the shoes I wore in the 80's and 90's but I have to say they run very small. I have two pairs of Asics running shoes, both a size 10.5, which are a bit large and can be scaled down to a size 10. These wrestling shoes are a size 11 and barely fit me. 11.5 would be better but I will leave them as they will stretch. For this shoe I would recommend 1-1.5 sizes larger than what you normally wear for sneakers.
